Hues Consulting & Management, Inc is a dynamic diversity recruitment consulting and contract recruiting firm based in Atlanta, and are on a mission to expand GLOBALLY. HCM provides contract and project recruiting services, expat & repatriate recruiting, exclusive retained diversity search, recruiter training and recruitment strategy & process consulting.
We are in growth mode and are looking to hire individuals for the following roles to help us achieve our aggressive goals:
Recruiters - 3 years minimum full life cycle recruiting and hiring manager relationships
Researchers - 1-3 years experience in sourcing
Client Development Specialists - 3-5 years of client account management
If you,
- Speak at least two languages fluently;
- Have experience with applicant tracking systems;
- Have at least 3 years of diversity recruiting experience;
- Possess at least 3-5 years of corporate recruiting, including old-fashioned and web 2.0 networking experience;
- Know how to develop and cultivate candidate experience, and present them to hiring managers;
- Are extremely comfortable with technology and innovation;
- Looking for a career and not just a job,
