We specialize in Diversity Search for Director, Vice President, Sr. Vice President, Assistant Vice President, President and C Level positions with base annual salaries of $125K or more. Exclusive search (much like retained search) is more of a partnership and a shared risk. Under this model, we dedicate significant resources and focused efforts to the search for an extended period of time.
Our approach is consultative and we focus on getting to understand our client's needs, business, and culture before embarking on a search. An exclusive search will not be advertised in printed or online media to maintain confidentiality. We specifically take on fewer searches and we ask for an exclusive partnership with each client we work with under this model, which allows us to dedicate more time to do the job efficiently and effectively.
We have a deep pool of resources to dedicate to the search and make use of many search channels. We have our own database and applicant tracking system in place, but we also utilize tools and data that are industry-specific. We also leverage our relationships with industry specific associations, colleges and universities, alumni associations, fraternities and sororities, networking and word of mouth to aide us in our search process. We invest significant resources in targeted direct sourcing and make sure all of our clients are properly branded; we sell them to candidates exactly as they would sell themselves.
Our clients expect a great deal from us as their exclusive partners. We provide our clients with a detailed weekly status report on every search so that they may see how we invest our time. We work for the client and don't send unsolicited resumes, unqualified candidates, nor do we send our candidates to multiple clients. Once we develop a candidate, he/she is developed for a specific client and a specific search through completion of the search regardless of the outcome. This approach is applied to higher level searches, highly strategic roles and confidential searches.
