Contract & Project Recruiting

 

Recruiting is not an easy profession, which is why good recruiters are paid so well. It takes a lot of time and effort and can overwhelm the most efficient human resources team. The recruitment function is an often perplexing task best left to specialists who are great at what they do. Recruiting is what we do best.

Our Contract Recruiters work with clients on full life cycle projects on a Contract or Project basis only. Contract Recruiters join corporate recruiting teams to work on short and long term projects, ramp up projects, or just to lend a hand until a client’s recruiting staff is solid. They are independent contractors (for clients) who are paid hourly and are employees of Hues Consulting & Management, Inc. Clients are invoiced bi-weekly for the number of contractors we provide them.

Contract Recruiters can work onsite at client locations or virtually. A great deal of our clients allow for remote working contractors. Contract Recruiters are experts at full life cycle recruiting, candidate management & development and manager relations. Each Contract Recruiter is well rounded and possess a minimum of five years of blended corporate, consulting firm and agency experience.
