Let us find your candidates!

There are some top notch candidates that are out on the job market today. And because of the current economy, there are some who are working but passively looking just in case things get rocky. Sometimes all a company needs is a pipeline of those candidates at their disposal when times (and workloads) pick up, but may not have the resources to do the sourcing.

Hues Consulting & Management Inc provides full service candidate sourcing to companies during times of newly acquired business or projects. We provide weekly pipelines of candidates (both screened and unscreened) based on the typical positions to fill.

Unscreened Candidates

If you need to build your database with targeted potential candidates, but don’t necessarily have a need to hire just yet, we can provide you with a pipeline of candidates who have been identified and matched to your requirements, but not screened. This option works best for companies with anticipated hiring needs. We do not source candidates solely for the intention of building your database. You must have anticipated hiring need in the coming months.

Screened Candidates

This service works better for companies who have high volume positions that need to have a good flow of candidates or who have an understaffed recruiting function. We not only source, but pre-screen these candidates and submit them for specific job openings. Pre-screening will cover the basics: gauge interest in positions, explore work history, salary preferences, and legal right to work. We will not go into technical screening during sourcing. After candidates are screened, we will provide a summary along with the resume for clients review.

Candidates received via sourcing services are not legally employed or contracted to Hues Consulting & Management Inc. However, sourcing services may not be used as a substitution for full life cycle recruiting services.
